If you are wanting to see if your roof damage is worth filing a claim with your home insurance, you always want to start with a free roof inspection. Some insurance companies count denied claims against your policy, which raises your premium. With ETA Roofing, you can find out if you have substantial roof damage before even talking to an adjuster.

We also offer free roof inspections if you are paying out of pocket for your roof replacement or simply want to know if your roof is damaged in the first place.

If we find that your roof damage is worth filing a claim, you will then contact your home insurance company to file a claim. When your adjuster contacts you to let you know when they will be inspecting your roof, please call us and let us know so we can be there to make sure they see that your roof is worth filing a claim too!

You can sign a contract with ETA Roofing at any time during this process.

If you filed a claim, you will wait for your adjuster to mail you a check for the Actual Cash Value of your roof. Please call us when you receive it so we can start the roof replacement process!

At our next meeting, if you haven't already, you'll sign a contract with ETA Roofing. You'll pay the down payment on your roof (whether it be with the insurance ACV check or out of pocket), and then you'll pick any details for your roof, such as shingle and gutter color.

Now that we have the contract signed, down payment secured, and colors chosen, we will put you on our schedule to replace your roof! Depending on the size of your roof, it could take anywhere from 1-3 days. You won't just be dealing with a roofing crew - one of the owners, Tylor or Adam, will be on-site to inspect your job.

Keep in mind that we have to work around the weather - if it's raining on the day of your scheduled reroof, we will have to postpone! We can't risk rainwater coming into your home and damaging your interior.

We recommend you spend time outside of your house during this process, since it can be loud. 

If you have an insurance claim, we will bill your insurance directly and they will mail you a check for the remaining balance. You will be responsible for payment once you receive this check.

If you are paying out of pocket, we will bill you directly. Payment is due at time of invoice.
